How to connect Mac Pro (2009) to G5 (as a monitor)
The G5 is slow but the monitor is fine. How to connect the 15 in 2009 Macbook pro to the monitor?
Macbook Pro is OS X Yosemite; G5 is OS V Leopard.
You need to work out what type of display input you have. G5's may have DVI outputs.
Find both models in Mactracker.ca or Everymac.com view the display connection types & see if you can find a way to connect them. See the manufacturers manual for the spec of the monitor input if it is not an Apple one, there may be a converter that allows them to hook up.
