iphone 6 vs macbook pro 2012 wireless sync

Does anyone know why I am not able to sync the phone with my mac wirelessly via Itunes?

iMac, iOS 5.0.1

iTunes syncs via the USB cable that that came with your iPhone.

To sync via Wi-Fi you need to setup iCloud > Learn how to set up iCloud on all your devices.
