The guys at the genius Bar at an Apple Store put their hands on these Macs all day, every day. Physical Problems and Power problems are what they are best at solving. Be sure to take ALL the stuff you want working when they are done.


Be sure to make an appointment, they generally do not take walk-ins. Your appointment for an evaluation is free, in warranty or out, and there is no obligation to pay them for any services. If you do engage them for repairs, almost everything is done on a fixed price, flat rate basis ( no surprises).
