my iphone 5s screen isnt working !! i was already having problems with the screen ti was swiping on its own !! its not frozen up it wont let me swipe or anything !! jhelp me i forgot the operating system

What troubleshooting have you tried? Can you see the screen, and it is just not reacting to touch? See this support document. If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch - Apple Support

Okay, read the information in the link I provided. Those are the troubleshooting steps.Restart, reset, call Apple Care.
i tried everything but nothing worked !!!!!!!!!!!!!
it worked actually !! but now the screen is all weird and flashy !!!

You could not have tried everything. Because the last step is to contact Apple Care and I know you couldn't have gotten through to them already. If the restart and reset doesn't help, then you need to contact Apple as I indicated and the support document indicates. Make a Genius Bar Appointment.

If you can unlock the screen back up the device in iTunes or iCloud & take it to Apple.

Which means it didn't work, because the device is still malfunctioning. Contact Apple Care!
