Okay, read the information in the link I provided. Those are the troubleshooting steps.Restart, reset, call Apple Care.

You could not have tried everything. Because the last step is to contact Apple Care and I know you couldn't have gotten through to them already. If the restart and reset doesn't help, then you need to contact Apple as I indicated and the support document indicates. Make a Genius Bar Appointment.

If you can unlock the screen back up the device in iTunes or iCloud & take it to Apple.

Okay............it worked actually !! but now the screen is all weird and flashy !!!

Which means it didn't work, because the device is still malfunctioning. Contact Apple Care!
