I understand that you recently change your Apple ID but still seeing the old Apple ID on your iPhone. That is something that can be resolved with a few steps.
Take a look at the article below for more details on how to fix this. Try signing out of all the services associated with your Apple ID. If that does not work then you will need to temporary change the Apple ID back to the old one so you can sign out. Once you do that, you can change it back to the new one and everything will be good to go.
