I have changed my Apple ID for all my devices. However, the sign-in pop up windows still come up constantly for my old Apple ID. I have done a search on that old ID and Apple responds there is no record on that ID. Help! How do I get those constant (literally every other second) pop ups to stop?

Try restarting your iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
Demo: Thanks for quick reply. My issue was I did not sign out of everything BEFORE i changed my Apple ID email address. Now iCloud keeps asking for me to sign in with my old ID which is not valid anymore. When I try to log out of iCloud to sign in with my new ID, I am asked to turn of "find my iPad". But I can't turn off the "find my iPad" feature without providing a password for my old Apple ID … which doesn't exist anymore.
Very frustrated. Any help is appreciated.
