Can I delete my apple community ID?

You can't delete an Apple ID. Only a host could grant a request like that and unless you can provide compelling evidence that it needs to be deleted, it is highly doubtful that they would. Just ignore the ID if you don't need it or want to use it.

And if you need to do this because you want to create a different one, be aware that you would need to provide an alternate email address to that used on the ID you are leaving.
