problem with lightning to vga adapter

Hello everybody,

I bought in Canada last year the Lightning to VGA adapter for connecting my I pad mini to projector . It no longer works at all, it was purchased in March 2014. In France , the audience told me they can not do anything . I will not Return to Canada right away. How can I do? Knowing that I am disabled, this product helps me every day for my work ... Thanks a lot
