unknown network "SETUP"

Within the past few days, an unknown WiFi network called "SETUP" has appeared in the Airport dropdown menu on all my devices.

When you direct your Airport card to connect to this network, it mounts with the ethernet symbol (disk inside a ray symbol) and it does not serve an ip address to the computer, phone, or iPad.

I don't know what type of device would broadcast this address. Anybody here know?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

The unknown WiFi network is coming from another new router or other device located near you which the owner has yet to configure.

Just leave it alone, and maybe the user will choose to set it up using more than the default settings for the device. When he/she does, you will no longer see the signal for SETUP, but you will see the name of another wireless network.....whatever the user has chosen.
