May I transfer my iphone music library to a new pc
Need to save all my music from my iphone to a new pc how should I do that?

The iPhone is not meant as a device to hold and transfer music to a computer. All the iPhone can do is transfer iTunes purchases to a computer.
You would do that in iTunes on your computer by going to File > Devices > Transfer Purchases using iTunes' menu.
Your music library should be transferred to your computer from your previous computer's backup.
