I can't open and print any of my documents because the iWork application isn't working and the computer will only run in safe mode

I can't open up any of my documents. They appear blank but I can open them in preview. I just can't work with them, print them. The same issue with numbers.

Help! The other problem is the computer will only run in "safe" mode.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
