My PowerBook G3 wont boot because it has a bus error

so my PowerBook G3 was stuck and it was on the desktop and it wasn't loading and so i unplugged it and then rebooted it and now it has bus error and even holding down the shift key doesnt do anything! I can't fix it and i just put it in yesterday! What do i do? It's Mac OS 8.5

Under the How do i take off my PowerBook G3 PDQ keyboard? topic, you mentioned a RAM upgrade. Is this the same computer, and have any internal hardware changes been carried out prior to this problem appearing? Have you tried the key combinations on page 27 in the manual linked to under the other topic?
