Q: Time Machine - Application Transfer Issue

Hi,

I restored my Macbook Pro and was told at the Genius Bar that my Time Machine backup of Adobe CS5 and Microsoft Office would transfer with no problems. Both applications are giving me errors that they need to be reinstalled. I don't have the disks. Any tips? Thank you!
