Q: My Apple Watch stopped working

I had the watch for 4 days. Since I was having trouble with the Weather little icon (it was not updating), I read that unpairing and pairing again the Watch might help.

So, I unpaired it from the Iphone.

After that, the Watch went black. Now, when I click the "turn on" button, the Apple appears for 30 seconds, and then, again....black.

It was fully charged, but I even plug it to the charger. When plugged, the Apple appears, 30 seconds, dissapear, 5 seconds, appears 30 seconds, and so on.

I've tried everything, pushing both buttons, randomly, nothing.

Apple Customer care is clueless about this.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Thanks!

Apple Watch, iOS 8.4

Is that really your question? Would that change anything? Regardless of the answer, your Watch remains broken.

I had the watch for 4 days.

Return it for a cash refund. That will get their attention.

You have ten more days to do that.

That issue hasn't been reported here by anyone else (unless the report is buried in a thread about a different subject)

You could try holding the digital corn and she side button together for about 10 seconds - the Apple logo appears and the watch is reset. If that has no effect, returns eh watch for replacement

Your watch may require repair / replacement under warranty:

"If you see the Apple logo .. during startup, and your Apple Watch appears to restart or never fully starts up, contact Apple Support"

If your Apple Watch doesn't respond or won't turn on - Apple Support

    Your options therefore include:

If any Genius or online / phone-based advisor seems uncertain how to help you, explain that you believe your watch may require repair / replacement under warranty and refer them to the support document above.
