Iphone 5s ios 8.4.1 Pop up safari Apple.com-surveys.me

I have the pop up issue with Apple.com-surveys.me and it keeps coming back after I clear browsing history and website data in safari - I've search and followed the guide lines seen here

the Pop up is in Italian cause I'm here on holidays. I did hit ok when banging the screen as wifi was slow and this pop up set me off ( stupid me )

but it only pops up when browsing to sites when using wifi in the lodge I am staying in I've been testing it for last hour or so and it does not pop up when data roaming Via Vodafone

when using wifi wifi it doesn't come up when using this forum ?

any ideas is it the router here ? Or is it me ?

i Haven't backed up to club since is that makes a difference ?

i Real worried as I need to do banking on my phone soon pay rent back in Australia and move holiday money around

- so any help is really aporeciate
