Late 2013 iMac running the latest maverick will not open Quicken 2007

Late 2013 iMac with the latest maverick will not open Quicken 2007. About a week ago I tried to enter my Quicken 2007 to enter a transaction and the Quicken 2007 was in the tool bar but was missing the info right below with the account numbers. At first I thought it was the Quicken 2007 that was causing the problems but now I believe its the computer. When I go to the application and click on The Quicken icon opens for just a second and then the page opens and at the top of the page it says Open: Quicken and right underneath that it has Choose a Quicken data file to open. This page has Favorites list below like All My Files, iCloud Drive and so on. It has chosen Documents.

I opened Time Machine went back about a month and moved a Quicken 7 file to the desktop and wouldn't open.
