Q: Trying to use Bootcamp Assistant. 64 bit version of Win 10 requested.

Bootcamp Assistant either needs an ISO or a physical DVD. The USB contains the contents of the Windows Installer, not an ISO.

AMD Radeon R9 M370X Struggling to play games with windows 10

I have "WIN HOME 10 32-BIT/64-BIT ENGLISH USB" from microsoft.  I made an .iso per the directions here:

Create an ISO image for Boot Camp from Windows installation media - Apple Support

When I try to use this iso in bootcamp I get the message:

"Boot Camp only supports 64-bit Windows installation on this platform. Please use a ISO file for 64-bit Windows installation."

And yes, I made sure the original WIN 10 USB was ejected before I attempted to use the .iso.

I had this problem as well. It turned out that the 32-bit/64-bit Iso contains both 32-bit and 64-bit. However bootcamp can only use a solo 64-bit iso. You could try downloading a 64-bit only .iso and try again.
