I made a test video, now Ipad mini t won't delete. The trash can doesn't work and they aren't in itunes or on my laptop or the Cloud. Tried resetting the ipad. Previous discussion threads did not have solution.
Can you help? Running IOS 8.3

How did you "make" this test video? Where are you looking for the trash can? Did you import this video to the computer that it would be in iTunes? Are you using iCloud for syncing photos and videos? How did you try to reset iPad? What "solutions" from previous discussion threads have you tried?
