3-way Call not working (8.4.1 update for 6+)

Updated to 8.4.1 and the 3-way calling feature stopped working. When I attempt to connect another contact, the iphone 6 won't connect and ends up disconnecting the 1st caller. The feature worked great with the 8.4 update, but after the new update, stopped working. Frustrating.
