How do I get a refund and get rid of this product off my computer?

I purchase this product and want my money back as it wasn't able to export any windows video file which i was lead to believe. I have contact Apple Ireland and Appple UK none could help me as they were very unless in provide an email to contact Apple America Directly. And the Website is lacking any such details as well. I can safely say i'll never buy an Apple Download product again as Apple can't provide a simple service.
