iCloud server error and imessage failure

I am getting iCloud server error when trying to sign into iCloud on my phone also it will not let me use or connect to imessage i have a great internet connection and still will not connect nor can I use cellular data to connect to either also I've already signed out of iCloud on my iPhone 6 plus once and then restored it back on and still nothing.
