I bought a macbook pro 4 days ago and my puppy unfortunately chewed on it. The guys at the apple store were very rude about it and said it was up to the manager's discretion to replace it - the manager said no. Is there anyone at apple that can be contacted to see if I can get a new one free of charge? I just dropped a large sum of money on this computer.
To be honest, user damage, which is what this would be considered, is not covered by manufacturer's warranty. They could replace it at cost, but it seems that is not what you are looking for. Funny you say the Apple Store was rude when you came in asking for a free part that your dog chewed up.
Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Your dog is your problem, not Apple's.
