Restore video after reset

I had to reset my iphone 4s running ios8. I had some videos on there and when I restored from an icloud backup, I don't see the videos anywhere.

I seem to recall disabling copying photos and video to icloud to save space although I don't see that option now. Is there anyway it could be retrieved?

Photo stream did retrieve many of the photos, (although it seems a bit random), however I don't see any videos. Is there a way to get videos from photo stream? At least one of the videos is pretty important so I'd really like to get it back.
