I changed my email. I can no longer sync my phone

I changed my email and can no longer sync my phone to my computer - how do I do that ?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

You need to provide more information. You changed your email where? What is preventing you from syncing your phone to your computer? We need complete details.
