I purchased/installed iDraw 3 years ago when all I had was an iMac desktop. Is there any way for me to use the same iDraw program on a new MacBook Air I just bought?

i bought this app in Mac App Store? if that so you can redownload this app from purchased tab in Mac App Store app
My guess is you need a new version. Here is the link to iDraw in the U.S. App Store:

Perhaps there is an upgrade path based on the fact you have an old version. But it is almost certainly not free.
