Cannot log into Netflix or Hulu

Hello all,

I am unable to connect to Netflix or Hulu through Apple TV. However, when I log into either service through either my blu-ray player, smart TV, or PS3, I can get in just fine using the exact same email and password. I have restore the Apple TV device back to factory settings and allowed the updates to re-un. Logged back into my Apple account, and iCloud just fine. But, again, Netflix and Hulu will not log in.

I am at a loss of what else to do at this point. I got rid of my TV service provider so that I could watch things via these services on my Apple TV. Yet, I cannot log into either of them. For the record, I was never able to log into them. 😟
