How do I transfer my data from my old Iphone 4s to my new Iphone 6?

I have backed up the old IPhone 4S on ITunes and have updated all the software and backed up the new IPhone 6. I just want to transfer all the apps and contacts from the 4S to the 6 and I can't see how to do this on ITunes. Can anyone help me?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1
