Previous company phone was not signed out of Find My Phone. Phone has been reset but can not activate.
I am trying to use an ex employees company phone. When fired he did not sign out of Find my Phone. I did clear the phone but wont let me complete activation without the sign in. How can this be done without contact of ex employee?
