I preordered an album and now that it's out I can't download it

I preordered Wild by Troye Sivan the day after it was released. When ordering it, I filled out all of the credit card information and it said it went through. I even got the email an hour ago telling me that I can download it, but it won't do it. I signed it and gave it my billing information and it just does nothing. I've been trying to figure this out and I'm getting frustrated. Thanks for any help you can offer -x
