The icon for voice memo on my iPod touch has disappeared. How do I get it back?

- Can you find it using the Search feature?
- Try resetting the screen layout? Settings>General>Reset>Reset Screen Layout. Not it will likely mess up any folders you created
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
