Q: internal iphone6 speakers not working

iphone6 has no sound when placing or receiving a call. They other party can hear me. Speaker phone works.

Hi raconfused,

From your post I understand that when you are on a call, you cannot hear anything from your iPhone's receiver. Please follow the steps in the link below for support with this issue.

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone - Apple Support
