How how can I download all my photos from iCloud to my laptop

When I plug in my iPhone to my laptop, only a small portion of my pictures show up. I go to iCloud and all my photos are on there. How can I put all my photos on iCloud to my laptop? There is 8,000+ pictures.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1

So I don't know if you have a Mac computer or a Windows, but if you have a Windows, this should help, Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support, if you have a Mac, but this should work, hope it helps, http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/46924/iclouddisk
