Installed windows 10 and now I can't sync

I recently installed windows 10 and iTunes was working fine. Just until yesterday I cannot sync any music and I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes like 3 times, still nothing. And when I try to sync, a message comes up says your IPod is not found. So what I did was reset my IPod and not there is NO music on my ipod and I lost everything. What am I doing wrong? Please I need help!!
