In a few weeks I might have the money to buy a new computer that is desperately. I need something that can expertly handle whatever adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects throws at it. I might try some open source or free program to create 3-D motion graphics
Not just a matter of which computer is best but the software requirements.
