SLOW dounloads from apple appstore and itunes

I want to report that downloading apps fromituenes 12.2.2.25 (64bit) in Windows 10 PC and from myiphone 5s iOS 8.4.1 appstore are still extremely slow. All my other Internet services work correctly and downloads are fast.

I see several other reports on the subject, so also want to report it, I'm using iTunes store in the US and the downloads are VERY SLOW
