i want to download and install itunes but it's written that its 64-bit application and my laptop is 32-bit what can i do ?

i updated my iPhone 4s to the latest software version , and when i opened my iTunes to restore backup
i was told that i have to download the version 12.2.2 and that the version I have can't identify my iPhone .But when i tried to download it ,i found out that the application is now 64-bit and my laptop is 32-bit so what can i do to install it and is updating my iTunes will delete all things that were on the previous version
