Hi. I am from a school in Botswana and have recently acquired 30 IPad mini 2's, 3 Griffin Multidock 2's and a MacBook Pro.
We are looking at using the devices to enhance learning in the classrooms.
My questions:
- What is the best way to upload apps on multiple devices?
- Should I create an separate Apple ID for each device?
- Is there a means to get discounts on high volume app purchases?

You should consider an MDM. Meraki is a free mdm.

Will need to for IOS 8 and below.

Does not seem that Apple supports Botswana in it's discount program, VPP. dep and vpp have the same list of supported contries.
