How can you lower the volume of a specific app?

I'm trying to use an app that doesn't have internal volume controls while using my computer for other apps as well. If I have the volume lowered/muted (so not to be deafened by the app) I can't use any other apps sound, however, if I have my volume up so I can use my computer normally then the volume on the app is completely overwhelming. I would like to lower the volume of the specific app.

Is there any similar feature on Mac or, at least, anything downloadable that can help me?
