iTunes genius won't update error 4001
Hi Iam running The latest ITunesand have recently got the error 4001 when trying to update Genius. I am running windows 10 and the latest itunes 12.2.2.2
Hi, I don't know if it was a coincidence but I'd been unable to update Genius for the past week too.
Today I told my PC not to go into sleep mode when I'm away from keyboard and the Genius update eventually worked.
Took hours but it got there in the end.
