Deleted emails recovery

I have deleted a very important email by mistake after realising that I found the email in my trash in its original status then I send it to my inbox but when I checked it most of its contents were lost and the rest mostly appeared in form of characters, I tried the same process with diffrent email accounts the very same thing happened, please let me know what the solution is or if there is an update for it.
