Airplay Devices Disappear from iTunes 12.2.2

Since upgrading to iTunes 12.2.2 I am encountering a problem with my Airport Express based Air Play devices.

I run a mixed network of Airplay devices,2 airport express based and 2 a shairport detrivitive. All worked fine until the upgrade to 12.2.2. Now the Airport Express devices get "lost" from the network. Using Airport Utility on the same PC as iTunes the devices are visible. The only way for iTunes to see them again is to shut itunes down and restart.

Is this now a recognised problem?
