Hi Mustafa,

The only option is to go to iCloud.com and enable Lost Mode. ( Find my iPhone )

If you deleted it from your iCloud devices, not only can you no longer track it or lock it, you have removed the activation lock that was on it.

There's nothing you can do. Report the theft to your carrier and the police and change all of your passwords.
