found dev software on my pc , now strange apps on iphone

Hello , last week a warning popped up saying some of my Itunes files are for developers , and to contact apple security.

Some of the files with warnings were

APSDaemon.exe ignoring invalid key

AppleMobileBackup.exe

iPodService.exe

SoftwareUpdate.exe reports as This configuration malicious

Now when i look on my iPhone i cannot find my version of .iap flies on the internet or the iTunes store , is this a PROBLEM ? As i now longer seem to receive emails and i keep getting emails from Facebook saying i haven't been on Facebook in a while ( im on every day )

I did some googling at it seems strange i cant find files on my iphone on the internet , but i think 1 of them is on github or some other wierd site

My question is , should i be concerned or is it nothing to worry about it ? Any comments would be appreciated.
