Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

This morning I find MANY apps have appeared on my Mac....

I did not pick these or install them. How did they they there? I have been trying to uninstall the first one. I go to Launchpad. Hold down pointer on the app. They are all supposed to start jiggling and then I am suppose to be able to click on one to uninstall it. Right???? Well, when I click and hold on the first app icon, nothing happens. How am I suppose to uninstall all these apps which I did NOT install and which I do not want? Why would this happen?

Ever since I switched to the Mac, every day something happens that takes up all my time to try to correct. I swear, this thing is cursed.

I am on the MacBook Pro and am using OSX Yosemite 10.10.5.

Thank you for any help or suggestions.
