itunes on windows 10: doesn't play videos/films
it says "my computer is not fitted to play videos" when i start a film or a video, that since i have installed windows 10.
it always was before (win8.1).
please help

In some cases iTunes may need QuickTime to handle certain video files. If you have a 64-bit machine then to run QuickTime with iTunes you may also need to switch to the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release.
