IN RE DIFFICULTY IMPORTING PICTURES FROM APPLE'S NEW "PHOTO" SYSTEM TO MICROSOFT POWERPOINT 2011.
PLEASE, SOMEONE, FIX THIS PROBLEM! I HAVE FOLLOWED THE LENGTHY DISCUSSION, BUT IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THE APPLE AND MICROSOFT "GENIUSES" CANNOT FIX IT. ONE MORE REASON TO REGRET HAVING MOVED TO APPLE PRODUCTS.
This is the iPhoto for Mac forum.
There is no problem using Photos app with Keynote, I do it all the time. There is no imporitng involved, just use the Media Browser in Keynote.
So I must use Keynote. Well, that's better than nothing. thanks.

Just export the photos from the library to a folder on the Desktop and add to PowerPoint from there.
Also using all caps is tantamount to shouting here and it's also harder to read.
Sorry, I mistyped. I meant Powerpoint. I use both.
Import from "Photos" to Powerpoint again
