Face time

I have a Mac pro Ipad and iphone

when trying to use any of these with face time I can connect to people and hear and see them but they can only hear me

have tried rebooting wifi no joy rang apple they said it was internet supplier but we have VMhub2 with 152mgb speed

so has anybody else got any ideas or suggestions please
