My six-month old iPhone 6 is acting strange. The Apple logo screen appears randomly while I'm using it, for a few seconds, then goes back to whatever screen it interrupted. It's happened both while on 3G and WiFi, and with more than 50% power. How do I stop it?

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

As a final step, try the recovery mode. Turn your device off, then plug it to your computer with the home button pressed. Keep the Home button pressed until you see the iTunes logo on the screen of your device. After that on your computer you should see the iTunes window saying your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click on the restore button.

Since I had to go to the Apple Store for issues with my husband's iPhone, I let them look at my phone too. They ended up doing a full restore on it, seems there were some software glitches and possible hardware issues. The tech also said if the problem continued they would replace the phone. Thanks again for the tips!
