How do you export iPhone created Playlists

I'm using iTunes 12.2 with iTunes in the cloud and Apple Music enabled and a iPhone 6 with OS 8

1. How do you view the playlists that have been created on iPhone in iTunes?

2. How do you export those playlists for a back up?
